|Bio=Matthew is a graduate student in the [http://oregonstate.edu/gradwater/ Water Resource Policy and Management] program at Oregon State University. He is interested in public acceptance of stormwater injection, stormwater management, and transboundary water conflict management and transformation. Matthew is a U.S. Army Veteran and recent graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where he majored in Environmental Science with a focus in Policy and Regulation.
